FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR OPERATION ANIME, SO HOW DO I BEGIN?
1. The first thing you do is log-in, and then once you do that you will get three options on your page.

2. Click either "click to request a title," or "Available Titles" at the top. Both links will take you to THIS page.

3. Click on any title on our available catalog. Our newest additions are at the top.

4. Clicking on a title will give you a title page, that features a description, the TV rating, the content, the genre, and more. Example: LINK.

5. On the title page you will see a link right under the show description that tell you to "Click Here to Request [title ] For Your Club" Click it and you will go to a form where you must enter the screening date and other info.

6. You must request titles at least 10 business days (or 15 for Canada) in advance. We will take a day or two (or several if you request it on the weekend) to approve your screening. You will get an email notifying you whether or not we have denied or approved your screening, and we usually only deny a club because they did not request a title early enough. If you do not get an acceptance or denial email within a week of request please notify us.

7. We then ship your title out via UPS (or USPS if you are a P.O. Box) 7 to 12 calendar days before your screening, so your screener DVD will usually arrive on or before the day of your screening. If we ship your package UPS you will also get an email before the date of your screening with the tracking number information, but the actual timeframe of when you will receive your UPS tracking information will vary.

8. Watch your anime DVD, and then keep it and the promotional goodies that are mailed to you!
